MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

POSITION PROFILE:
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the physical functionality and safety of the buildings at Pursell Farms.
This would include performing a variety of tasks to keep our facilities in excellent condition in order to deliver outstanding guest service.
Skills include drywall repair and painting, electric, repair of equipment, exterior maintenance and preventive care.
Strives to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work.

ONE IS PM WITH NEED FOR AVAILABILITY TIL MIDNIGHT)ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and outdoor areas Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and drywallConduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention Perform all other duties as assignedDESIRED SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent GED required.
At least one year of similar work experience in the maintenance and repair field preferredSkills and Abilities:
Ability to read and follow directionsAbility to communicate clearly with guests and team membersAbility to determine the most effective and efficient resources and materials for a taskAbility to follow all safety policies and procedures when competing task Recommended Skills Carpentry Drywall Friendliness Machinery Maintenance Painting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
